N. Oak Cliff
As one of the first residential developments in Dallas, North Oak Cliff has its share of architecturally unique homes from the early to mid 1900’s. With a hilly terrain, winding streets, tall mature trees, and views of the downtown skyline; there remains an immense amount of character. If you’re a lover of modern architecture, North Oak Cliff is a must to atleast drive through.
Directly southwest of Downtown, N. Oak Cliff is known for its steep inclines and bluffs not too dissimilar from another neighborhood in Dallas named Bluff View. And there are some very chic and posh Modern Inventory on these steep inclines. If you love a large yard with tall mature trees then Kessler Park, Stevens Park, and Kessler Woods are options you’ll want to research. Each neighborhood is conveniently located next to one another, and it’s difficult to aesthetically tell the difference between leaving and beginning each neighborhood.
If New Construction is of interest, Kessler Woods Court is truly a one of a kind development. With construction spanning from 2006-2018 this gated neighborhood is one of very few gated modern architecture only neighborhoods in North Texas. Homes sizes range from 2,300 to 5,000 square feet.
