Literally bumping into White Rock Lake, Lakewood has a ton of amenities from fishing, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. And there’s a large path surrounding the entirety of the lake allowing for biking, walking, and jogging. The Lake happens to be surrounded by White Rock Lake park which features a 9 mile trail for running and bicycling. The Dallas Arboretum is close by.
There is an abundance of Mid Century Modern architecture here with high level integrity and unique designs. And there is plenty of new construction modern architecture available and increasing by the year.
